Open to all current students, providing project practice opportunities for three months or more to students who meet the job requirements.Team Introduction:

With the mission of "releasing the growth potential of talents and stimulating the vitality of the organization", the Human Resources and Management Department continues to build the company like building products in terms of organization, talent, culture and other aspects to promote business growth.1、与招聘团队合作并了解项目岗位要求和团队招聘策略,运用创新思维支持全球各地高速发展的人才招聘团队;
2、收集并分析各招聘渠道相关数据用以满足招聘需求,同时建立人才储备库;
3、与跨部门团队协调面试,以更好地支持全球招聘工作;
4、研究和收集市场洞察报告的数据(如人才地图和人才市场全貌);
5、在Mentor的指导下,运用招聘平台搜寻并联络海外人才;
6、积极主动地与候选人进行沟通与初筛面试,通过提供准,及时和清晰的交流,确保候选人良好的面试体验。1. Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand hiring requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team globally;
2. Collect valid data and analyze hiring funnels to ensure recruitment pipeline and establish strong talent network;
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence;
4. Research and collect data for market insights reports such as talent mapping;
5. Under the guidance of Mentor, use the recruitment platform to search for and contact overseas talents;
6. Proactively communicate with candidates and conduct preliminary screening calls, ensure candidates have positive interview experience by providing accurate, timely and clear communication.职位要求:1、2025届及以后毕业,本科及以上学历在读;
2、有人力资源背景,具备招聘实习经验,或对人才招聘感兴趣、愿意学习且适应性较强者优先;
3、乐于与人沟通,具备良好的沟通技巧及团队精神;
4、英语书面表达能力、口头表达能力俱佳(该职位需要支持非中地区本地招聘);
5、具备较强的收集整合及分析数据的能力。1. Graduated in 2025 or later, currently studying with a bachelor's degree or above;
2. Applicants with a human resources background, recruitment internship experience, or those who are interested in talent recruitment, willing to learn and have strong adaptability will be given priority;
