- Significant experience in portfolio management within the banking or financial services sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing sophisticated investment portfolios, with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets.
- Exceptional leadership qualities, capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving strategic objectives.
- Fluent in English, with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for both verbal and written interactions.
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness.
- Proficient in the use of financial management systems (e.g., GPDM, Clarity, Pioneer, Cognos) and familiar with IT requirements management processes.
- Deliver targeted investment performance and manage portfolio risks within agreed parameters.
- Ensure seamless implementation of portfolio strategies and projects, achieving deadlines and budget requirements.
- Sustain high levels of satisfaction among stakeholders through effective management and communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) highly preferred.
- Proven experience in user requirement management in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with requirement tracking tools and benefit realization frameworks.
