Why join the Engineering department?As a Senior RD Engineer you will report to RD Manager in the Engineering department based in Huizhou for a Permanent contract.Key Responsibilities岗位职责:1. Driving or working with support of Group ENG teams for New Product Development Projects. Such as buy on specification or cooperated development with Partner (Following Group CTO or STO procedure).2. Work with relative Group functional teams & local teams to master Transversal Projects of existing products. Such as, support Sourcing topics with different application centers; design modification linked with different Product Families.3. Bring the Product Technical Support on Electronic related subjects. Such as :- Accountable for pre-analysis on product electronic functional modifications linked with Components - Process - Product requested by different functional departments;- Support for failure analysis like ( Product Quality Claim , Production Process Improvement ...et);- Support on electronic subjects which allocated from Group ENG TLM .Position Requirements任职要求:1. Bachelor degree and above, and major of electronic information（telecommunication or electric engineering); mechanical-electrical integration;2. More than 5 years of product development or project management experience ; with experience in developing such as switch power supplies, mobile power supplies, or RCBO /MCCB protection switch is preferred;3. Having certain experience at International project management, be able to lead project meetings in English.What we offer?
