- Develop strategic relationship with clients at both senior level and operation level, sophisticated in the working environment of Meat snack and Foodservice in China, including the complicated organization structure ,and frequent change in Foodservice.
- Identify new client opportunities in East China, develop targeted strategies with in-depth market and competitor analysis, and convert prospects into formal partners to expand the client portfolio.
- Independently develop the account sales strategy, and ADP (business development plan), initiating, planning, coordinating, leading the activities to deliver the account strategy with support from internal team.
- Achieve annual sales target, project pipeline, and WIN rate (the measurement for the winning project / the total projects engaged.) Play a project leader role in leading and motivating the cross-function team in daily work, ensure the company resource (time, HR, expense, investment) utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Pro-actively manage the internal stakeholders, ensure good alignment on project/customers.
