· Drive the development of training materials, communication script and promotional materials for internal & external stakeholders
· Drive the design of marketing activities based on strategy & key brand insight to drive growth
· Maintain good relationship with internal & external stakeholders
· Provide ad-hoc support to DBD/CME in fulfilling brand objectives
· Manage brand promotion budgets to ensure effectively meet business strategies and objectives and company polices
· Approver & reviewer & owner of promotional materials
2) Drive cross functions collaboration to delivery Ryzodeg business
· Establish good relationship with other departments to ensure strong communication and collaboration
· Define and set clear & joint goals for cross functions on each key success factors
· Pro-actively coordinate the difficult/prioritized tasks related to multi functions eg. medical, MAPA, supply, Training etc.
· Periodically track the progress of each key success factor to ensure Ryzodeg plan delivery vs plan
· Closely tracking key activities/initiatives, and revise/monitor if needed
3) Build high performance team and support the development of direct reports
- Drive the winning culture within the team
- Ensure alignment on the business goals. Motivate and support direct reports to meet business goals/objectives
- Monthly 1:1 to give on-time feedback and give coaching as need
4) Drive aligned strategy and action for icosema launch excellence for CN
- Drive development of aligned strategy and action for icosema CN launch preparation
- Build aligned icosema launch aspiration with clear rational and assumptions
- Work closely with global/cross-functional team in icosema launch preparation
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of market, product knowledge and key customers
- Demonstrate ability in exploits experiences in driving marketing plan and strategies
- Demonstrate ability to drive the implementation of marketing projects in new and innovative ways
- Good communication skill and able to lead cross function projects
- Strong team player and ability to work with cross-functional team
- Fluent written and spoken English level
- Good computer skill, including word/excel/PowerPoint
- 5+ years for brand management
- 2+ years for brand owner & team leader
- Relevant graduate level degree, e.g. Medical, Pharmacy, Science or Business Administration
