Salary: RMB 400,000 - 500,000 per annumThe Green Recruitment Company is partnering with a leading international energy and infrastructure investor to appoint an HSE Director based in Beijing. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for shaping and driving Health, Safety & Environmental strategy across a complex portfolio of projects.The OpportunityThis role offers a platform to lead HSE at both a strategic and operational level, ensuring best-in-class standards across large-scale, high-value infrastructure and energy developments.You will work closely with executive leadership to embed a proactive safety culture, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the organisation's HSE strategy and policies across all projectsProvide leadership and oversight on health, safety, and environmental performanceEnsure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standardsLead risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiativesDrive a safety-first culture, embedding best practice across all levels of the organisationPartner with project, engineering, and operational teams to ensure HSE is fully integrated into deliveryManage and develop HSE teams, ensuring capability and consistency across regionsRequirementsSignificant experience in a senior HSE leadership role (Director / Head of HSE)Background within energy, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projectsStrong knowledge of HSE regulations, frameworks, and international best practiceProven ability to influence at senior leadership level and drive cultural changeExperience managing HSE across multi-site or international operationsFluent in Mandarin and EnglishWhy This Role?Senior leadership position within a globally active energy and infrastructure groupOpportunity to shape and implement HSE strategy at scaleWork on complex, high-impact projects across the energy transitionStrong compensation with long-term career progression potentialApply NowFor a confidential discussion, please contact:📧
