Unlock your ambition, turn ideas into world-changing realities, and join an organization where every voice makes a difference, and every difference builds a healthier world.Job DescriptionEssential Functions/Responsibilities- Work with HW & SW engineer to identify and resolve product issues through root cause analysis, then development of cost-effective solutions, and by overseeing successful implementation into production- Hardware related design change to normally components EOL and build related verification plan and make summary for verification result.- Work with engineering leader and sourcing team to generate yearly VCP plan, and make all related Hardware design tasks and make verification plan, make and follow schedule to assure its implementation.Qualifications/Requirements1. B.S. Degree in Electrical or related technical degree and 3+ years of working experience in electrical circuit design area.2. Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem solving skills3. Ability to work independently.4. Demonstrated good communication skills.5.
