Power Module Engineer – Electrical

In your new role you will:
- Customization of power semiconductor modules in interdisciplinary teams
- Planning and execution of electrical and thermal characterization of semiconductor devices and modules
- Evaluating and analyzing data, as well as presenting the results as a base for decision-making on technical issues
- Planning the build-up of prototypes in a sample lab
You are solution-orientated, highly motivated and have a broad technical interest. You study and find innovative approaches together in a team, respecting different attitudes and points of view and utilizing the resulting creative potential. Through your forward-looking planning, you always ensure a high level of quality.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Have successfully completed a university degree (Master's / PhD) in physics or electrical engineering
- Have a solid knowledge of semiconductor physics and power electronic semiconductor components, e.g. IGBTs, MOSFETs and diodes
- In addition, have initial experience in the field of electrical and thermal measurement technology
- Be familiar with software solutions for the evaluation and analysis of measurement data
- Be able to communicate confidently and fluently English
