- Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and root-cause analysis for operational issues.
- Support the development, documentation, and rollout of SOPs and standard processes.
- Monitor quality KPIs and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure process changes are adopted and sustained in operations.
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities within operational workflows.
- Lead automation initiatives such as RPA, workflow digitization, and system enhancements.
- Partner with IT and operations teams to define requirements, test solutions, and support deployment.
- Track and report productivity and quality gains from improvement initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end improvement projects from problem definition through implementation.
- Apply structured improvement methodologies to deliver tangible business results.
- Facilitate workshops, problem-solving sessions, and cross-functional alignment.
- Support pilots and scale successful solutions across regions or business units.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and improvement tracking.
- Prepare clear, data-driven updates for leadership on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Support governance routines and operational review cycles.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or process improvement roles.
- Hands-on experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
- High attention to detail with a strong execution mindset.
- Experience in global or multi-country environments preferred.
