
IP Partnership Manager

● Support the ideation and development of original IPs with in-house designers, artists, and cross-functional teams.
● Conduct market and trend research to identify whitespace opportunities for new character or brand concepts. Source and acquire new characters and IPs for IP Incubation.
● Close the deals with potential partners, including artists/studios/IP stakeholders, etc.
● Cooperate with the creative team and assist in crafting character backstories, audience positioning, and visual identity guidelines.
● Coordinate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive incubation process.
2. Go-To-Market
● Support GTM planning, including product launch timelines, marketing activations, sales projections, and key milestones.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product rollout.
● Track campaign performance and gather insights for post-launch reviews and continuous optimization.
● Coordinate sampling, asset delivery, and partner alignment to ensure smooth execution.
3. IP Licensing
● Assist in identifying and evaluating potential licensing partners and IPs for collaboration.
● Coordinate due diligence, contract preparations, and approval processes with legal and business teams.
● Maintain and update the IP library and licensing database, including key terms, rights, and timelines.
