This position directly report to Director of China Marketing, the main job responsibilities include the followingThis position directly report to Director of China Marketing, the main job responsibilities include the following * Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tasks related to the company's channels, developing corresponding e-commerce platform business plans and implementing operational strategies, and managing and coordinating daily platform channels and operators/distributors/service providers.
  • Responsible for product selection, hot selling creation, page architecture, column channel settings, event planning, marketing promotion, and other direct and indirect sales KPI related work in the company's relevant channel stores, ensuring the completion of job KPIs.
  • Monitor marketing data, transaction data, product management, customer management and other related data, identify and solve problems based on the data.

  • 3-5 years or more of experience in platform stores (Tmall JD PDD, etc.), familiar with platform operations, and familiar with communicating with TP/distributors
  • Familiar with cross-border e-commerce (import)
  • Work experience in a large TP company is preferred.
  • Strong execution ability, self-drive and pressure resistance, able to withstand high-intensity work, responsible, and strong learning ability.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as excellent teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, data analysis, and English proficiency is preferred.
  • Proficient in daily e-commerce operations, familiar with cross-border e-commerce promotion, customer service, and logistics processes, with experience in cross-border health products preferred.
