Job Objective (Why does the job exist?) 职位目标（为什么设立该职位？）
  • To process daily operation of Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations by completing settlement, corporate action etc accurately and efficiently, following up with standard operation procedures and ensuring no operational error.
Principal Responsibilities (What does the job do?)主要职责（该职位的主要工作内容是什么？）
  • Follow up with Standard Operating Procedures Manuals to process daily trade settlement timely and accurately.
  • Process daily payment from/to local depository within cut-off time and without error.
  • Process daily corporate action events timely and accurately.
  • Supporting system related UAT including NSCP, SFE, SAA, Prop, D-com etc.
  • Supporting other tasks ie project related.

  • Process daily BAU for trade settlement, corporate action, etc to ensure completion of daily operation work.
Education and Relevant Experience (What minimum qualification does the job require?) 教育背景和相关工作经验要求（该职位所要求的资格/资质是什么？）
  • At least with 3 years relevant working experience in banking operations, 1 year proven track record in Securities & Fiduciary Service operation ie trade settlement and/or corporate action will be preferred.

  • Good understanding of banking operations and practices
  • Understanding of SFS related knowledge or procedures is preferred.
Technical Competencies
  • Familiar with operation procedures and market practice.
  • Familiar with UAT processing procedures.
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Good PC knowledge and skills
