As a Operations Program Manager, you are the single threaded owner for Operations. You utilize your expertise and influence peers, stakeholders, and leaders to drive program success. You will solve complex and ambiguous problems by creating sound strategies and execution plans that enable cross functional team success. You engage and help solve any issue that impacts cost, quality, and delivery to support the production plans. You will utilize AI tools to drive efficiency towards high velocity decision making.About the team
The Global Operations Devices, Services & Systems act as the single-threaded owners of our In-Market product portfolios. We expertly program manage and leverage the broader organization to drive quality, delivery and cost performance of our products. We partner with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain and Factory Operations to launch and deliver products that delight our customers. Our team currently supports the E-readers, Tablets, Echo, Fire TV, and Advanced Products portfolios.Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Experience in managing consumer products in mass production (MP) through end of manufacturing (EOM) phases.
- 3+ years of program management or technical project management experiencePreferred Qualifications- Master's degree or above in a technical or engineering related field, such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects, or experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment
