General Manager, AFR Operations

Key Accountabilities * Manage team performance, training, recruitment, and maintain a high‑performance service culture.

Oversee AFR operational performance and ensure KPI/target achievement.
Analyze costs, optimize resources, and ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare operational/statistical reports and ensure compliance with ISO and corporate standards.
Handle irregular or special cargo cases and support daily operational performance.
Maintain and develop relationships with major customers.
Support the Branch Manager in achieving business and operational targets.
Coordinate with Broker Agents, internal teams, and overseas counterparts on operational matters.
Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective/improvement actions.

Requirements * Strong knowledge of DHL business and international trade.

Basic knowledge of logistics and relevant laws/regulations.
Good understanding of air documentation, cargo flow, and special cargo handling.
Familiar with CW1/EDM systems and office software.
Basic knowledge of customs clearance and project/process improvement.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Minimum 10 years of logistics industry experience.
