- You will need to manage the improvement process and activities across the entire manufacturing process in respect of Goodyear methodologies and plant defined priorities.
- You are responsible for the development of the organization in the understanding and use of FI and Lean tools and ensures that the plant is continually moving toward its AOP & TDC targets, quality and customer responsiveness.
- You will need to maintain Plant Capacity & Capability Management Tool （PCCMT） to reflect current plant operations, and use the tool for productivity improvements and gaps identification.
- You will need to provide plant management with information, studies, and recommendations to improve personnel, flow and equipment utilization, as well as support regional I.E. managers with corporate requests.
- You will need to drive creation and maintenance of engineered standards (or time studies where applicable), routings and work center assignments.
- You will need to manage and direct Focused Improvement and Industrial Engineer department initiatives.
- You with bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related field.
- You with English and mandarin fluency is required
- You with Good at utilizing analytical tools. Good logical thinking and able to use a systematic approach in solving problems.
- You with experience in tire technical skills, materials or quality will be a plus.
