Finance Manager

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support SKP's long-term growth and business objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.
• Lead financial risk management and ensure effective internal controls.
• Develop and mentor the finance team to build organizational capabilities and drive performance.
• Prepare and deliver financial reports and recommendations for the CEO and board of directors.

• Proven experience as an overall Finance Director (FD) or similar senior leadership role.
• Solid academic credentials; Big 4 experience is a strong plus.
• Strong background in the "To-C" industry - preferably retail, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
• Previous experience managing large finance teams (300+).
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills.
• Preferred age: Under 48.
