This Director-level role leads integrated corporate and brand communications for China, shaping how the company is perceived by media, partners, consumers, and key stakeholders. Working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will design year‑round communications strategies that support commercial priorities, strengthen reputation, and build long-term brand trust.
  • Own and drive external communications strategies for major business initiatives, including launches, partnerships, seasonal programs, and purpose-led campaigns
  • Develop and deliver insight-led, integrated PR and storytelling programs that generate measurable impact
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with trade, and emerging media, as well as influencers and partners
  • Track and interpret trends across earned, owned, and paid channels to continuously evolve communications approaches
  • Provide strategic counsel to senior leaders, aligning messaging with business objectives and external context
  • Partner closely with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective execution

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related fields
  • 15 years of experience across corporate communications, brand communications, or public relations, ideally within consumer-facing or FMCG environments
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex, cross‑functional projects in multinational settings
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin
  • High learning agility, independence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
