RESPONSIBILITIESThe role of the E-commerce Manager reports to Skincare EC Lead.Your main focus :
  • Develop and execute skincare e-commerce strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective management of KOL business , mainly focus on DY KOL livestreaming business, add Tmall Top KOL Austin’s livestreaming business depending on circumstances.
  • Have rich resources in KOL MCN resources and have good experience in negotiating, engaging and operating in KOL Livestreaming.
  • Plan, design and implement monthly KOL livestreaming plan based on yearly target and phasing.
  • Well knowledge in portfolio matrix in KOL livestreaming and offer calculating.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute KOL livestreaming.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key e-commerce partners and vendors
  • Analyze e-commerce performance data and provide insights to the management team to support decision-making
  • Manage inventory and ensure that stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand
  • Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team
YOU ARE A COTY FITAs an experienced role, you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that, you:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field * At least 6 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the beauty or skincare industry
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through KOL Livestreaming and KOL MCN resources.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret e-commerce performance data
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms and trends in the China market
  • Fluency in English is a plus. Quick learning skill and excellent communication skills with ability to endure pressure and work under cross-functional teams;
  • Skillful in office software in terms of Excel and PowerPoint;
