By taking on the Business Analyst Role you are going to use and develop your skillset when it comes to IT, Manufacturing Systems, Automation engineering expertise and bio-pharma industry trends in order to influence and execute IT strategy and delivery in our Operations IT Team.We are looking for a person who enjoys and strives to develop strategic relationships with Process Owners and Stakeholders, and furthermore identifies ways for IT to partner with our subject matter experts within the Manufacturing Capability to achieve and exceed business objectives.The role focuses on driving IT Product Strategy and roadmaps, by identifying innovative technology solutions and exploiting current technology to create maximum competitive advantage to deliver business benefit.This role requires you to flex between the capabilities for a Business Analyst and Project Manager, including successful delivery of requirement, project and products. And as the organization moves towards agile delivery the role will require you to seek opportunities to embed agile ways of working with adoption of agile techniques including scrum.Key responsibilitiesThe role comprises of a blend of accountabilities across the Business Analyst, Business Relationship Manager/Business Partner, Project Manager roles along with Agile delivery responsibilitiesWork with colleagues across the OpsIT and the C4Es, (e.g., Architects, Scaled Delivery, etc.) to identify the capabilities required to ensure outcomes/requirements are clearly understood and can be delivered.Provide thought leadership, innovation and contribute to the definition of the technology direction and strategy for the specialist area, to drive transformation.In the role as Business Analyst key responsibilities include the soliciting, understanding and prioritization of business requirements from multiple partners, including development of Business Cases. The role requires interpretation of the requirements to inform analysis, solution design, decision making and to positively impact risk and issue resolution.In the role as Project Manager/Scrum Master, key responsibilities include following AZ PM processes to lead and influencing teams to ensure projects are delivered timely, within budget with goals fulfilled. The role will delegate tasks within the project team and empower team members with responsibilities.
