- Technical scope:
- Together with the Regional IT teams, maintain IT infrastructure in the China region:
- IT Service Delivery - end user PC & mobile device support
- Ensuring that IT infrastructure is well maintained and secure
- Networking, servers, storage, backup & AV equipments
- Assist & manage technical requirements of Production, R&D labs, factory including but not limited to VLANs, network Ports, DNS, DHCP, VMs & storage.
- Understand & support third party vendors solutions in the factory
- Rollout of projects in close collaboration with the global Infrastructure & Operations team
- Extend support to IT Security Operations team in managing vulnerabilities, patching, security incidents and compliance.
- Coordination scope
- Technical Infrastructure & Operations IT representation for all sites in region
- Regional IT budget planning and follow-up
- Vendor management
- Contacts with local vendors
- Contract negotiations in close collaboration with Procurement department
- Coordinate Site moves (incl. Greenfields), mergers, modifications, acquisition and divestitures for sites in the region
- Coordinate with the region's Infrastructure and Service Delivery team
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving
