- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product features and benefits, and align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry news, trends, and regulations, incorporating them into sales strategies and client conversations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and expand the company's market presence.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, have relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field. Have background knowledge of factory and process automation in the segment.
- Proven success in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
