Pharma Engineering SolutionThe Sales Director is responsible for lead ing and managing the sales team to achieve the company's strategic sales objectives. They will develop and execute sales strategies, manage sales operations, and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients to promote the company's pharmaceutical engineering solutions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team, including setting performance goals, providing feedback, and ensuring team productivity.
  • Identify and evaluate sales opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and creating targeted sales pitches.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high customer satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand product features and benefits, and align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry news, trends, and regulations, incorporating them into sales strategies and client conversations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and expand the company's market presence.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, have relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing field. Have background knowledge of factory and process automation in the segment.
  • Proven success in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
