- Develop and deliver engaging music lessons that inspire creativity and musical expression among students.
- Teach a variety of musical skills, including vocals, instrument proficiency, music theory, and composition.
- Organize and lead rehearsals and performances, encouraging student participation and collaboration.
- Assess and provide constructive feedback on student progress and musical development.
- Encourage a love for music and its cultural significance through inclusive classroom practices.
- Participate in school events and community outreach to promote the school’s music program.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably majored in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field.
- Teaching certification (e.g., QTS, PGCE) or equivalent qualifications preferred.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in music education.
- Strong skills in vocal and instrumental music.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students effectively.
- A deep passion for music and a commitment to fostering students' musical talents.
