As a junior level marketer, you will work with talents from multi-function team cross market, play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and campaigns, while developing essential skills to advance your career.
Role
As a Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and merchant channels. You will help implement brand and sponsorship programs, track campaign performance, and contribute to initiatives that drive business growth and strengthen brand preference.
You will collaborate with teams such as Core Products, Sales, D&S and Acceptance to identify growth opportunities, activate sponsorship assets, and co-develop marketing programs tailored to our customers and cardholders.
All About You:
- 3–4 years of experience in advertising or marketing agencies.
- Strong understanding of China’s digital and social media landscape.
- Solid knowledge of the China market, including industry trends and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong multitasking and project management skills.
- Experience managing agencies to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Good in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
- Familiarity with the payment’s ecosystem, including merchants, acquirers, fintech, super-apps, and developers.
- Experience working in the payment or fintech industry.
