Luna Socks is an e-commerce company from Germany with an office in Shanghai. With over 150,000 customers, we are the European leader for personalized socks for pet lovers. Customers can upload an image of their pet, and we print it on socks, starting from a minimum order quantity of one. As an Operations Intern, you will assist in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, production, and logistics across our global operations.Tasks
  • Support daily operations related to procurement, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Source new innovative print-on-demand products and identify factories capable of producing them at scale.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and printing facilities to manage raw material and inventory levels.
  • Track and optimize lead times, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Assist with managing international shipments, customs documentation, and compliance.
  • Work closely with production teams and fulfillment partners.
Requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses a hands-on mentality.
  • Available 5 days per week to work on-site in our Shanghai office.
