- Strategic HR:
- Partner with the China Business Head to localize HR strategies and initiatives in talent development, succession planning, and organizational development etc.
- Support related HR programs aligned with global standards and local market dynamics.
- Represent as China HR team, ensuring the alignment of China priorities with global HR frameworks.
- Business Partnering:
- Support senior management team with HR solutions including workforce planning, talent development, and organizational development.
- Act as the primary liaison between China operations and Global HR management team, facilitating effective cross-cultural collaboration.
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations (talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations, compliance) and administrative functions.
- Optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience while ensuring legal/regulatory compliance.
- 15-20 years of progressive HR professional experience within well-known multinational manufacturing/industrial organizations.
- Proven successful track record as a Regional Senior HRBP/HR Head in supporting senior local management team and global HR management team.
- Mature, approachable, agile with holistic way of thinking, with people management experiences.
- Fluency in English (working language); proficiency in Mandarin required.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives.
