The role will be AMEA Head of Strategy to lead strategic planning and execution across the Africa, Middle East, and Asia (AMEA) regions, with a particular focus on the Asia-Pacific business direction. Reporting directly to the AMEA C-level Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives that drive growth, enhance market competitiveness, and optimize business performance within our industrial enterprise.1. Strategic Planning
  • Develop comprehensive long - term and short - term strategic plans for the AMEA region, with a strong emphasis on the Asia-Pacific market, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market trends in the industrial sector.
  • Conduct in - depth market research, analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs across AMEA, especially in the Asia-Pacific region, to identify new business opportunities, growth areas, and potential risks.2. Business Development and Expansion
  • Formulate strategies for market entry, expansion, and diversification in the AMEA region, including identifying target markets, partners, and acquisition opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives and drive business growth in the Asia-Pacific and other AMEA markets.3. Performance Monitoring and Optimization
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and regularly monitor and evaluate business performance across the AMEA region.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement, resource allocation, and strategic adjustments to enhance the company's competitiveness and profitability in the AMEA region.4. Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, regional teams, and functional departments, to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Engage with external stakeholders, such as industry partners, customers, and government agencies, to stay informed about market developments and foster strategic partnerships in the AMEA region.
