Responsibilities
- Lead & Support Pepsi Brand performance review by integrating offtake(Nielsen)/penetration(kwp)/brand tracking (Kantar) to drive business decision.
- Drive & facilitate Pepsi communication development & performance reviewing to build iconic brand with providing the right consumer insights
- Drive E2E business view with connecting consumer insights to channel insights to drive real Pepsi Brand growth
- Learn & Landing global Pepsi new initiatives or frameworks in China by closely collaborating with both China & global team.
- Translate specific category strategies into Insights plans & actions for Pespi brand
- Prioritize analyses through hypothesis-building and identifies key issues
- Go beyond the obvious to identify analytical driven insights and deliver clear action plans for the business
- Strong collaborator and relationship builder, with ability to influence across the organization as well as external partners
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially PowerPoint
- Understanding of PepsiCo business in region
