Job Description:OverviewLead on Pepsi brand insights work incl. Consumer & Shopper insights by working closely with category team/global insights team/commercial team to develop the right consumer insights to support the brand future growth
Responsibilities
  • Lead & Support Pepsi Brand performance review by integrating offtake(Nielsen)/penetration(kwp)/brand tracking (Kantar) to drive business decision.
  • Drive & facilitate Pepsi communication development & performance reviewing to build iconic brand with providing the right consumer insights
  • Drive E2E business view with connecting consumer insights to channel insights to drive real Pepsi Brand growth
  • Learn & Landing global Pepsi new initiatives or frameworks in China by closely collaborating with both China & global team.
  • Translate specific category strategies into Insights plans & actions for Pespi brand
Qualifications
  • Prioritize analyses through hypothesis-building and identifies key issues
  • Go beyond the obvious to identify analytical driven insights and deliver clear action plans for the business
  • Strong collaborator and relationship builder, with ability to influence across the organization as well as external partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially PowerPoint
  • Understanding of PepsiCo business in region
