- Participate in AIG corporate AML training, and be obligated to perform AML related duties, including KYC, large/suspicious transaction reports, high-risk customer reports etc
- Assist branch GM in strategic planning, KPI and business development plan for business initiatives, KPI definition and implementation correspondingly, etc.
- Support daily operational & compliance work for all distribution channel, creating capacity for sales persons to focus on market facing/higher value activities.
- Assist underwriters and sales team in handling client relationship management and business development.
- Assist underwriters and sales team to conduct market research, collect of market intelligence and provide market analysis.
- Providing weekly, monthly and annual reports of all channels on time with accuracy.
- Help to search and distribute exhibition and business development information.
- Managing process of new staff registration, staff resignation and HR related job.
- Identify and analyze all channel’s training needs by defining gap between ideal and actual performance.
- Provide help to the progress and administrative arrangements of training activities.
- Working with China Distribution team to execute the regular regulatory exams and all compliance related activities.
- Organize and schedule meetings for channels.
- Send annul reports, notices and circulars about the company policies etc.
- Maintain proper files both for important paper documents as well as for the electronic ones.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Demonstrated working experience in sales support or finance administration is preferred
- Strong initiative and drive; be results-oriented
- Technology savvy and structure thinking
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in English and local language required
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PPT
