2. Develop, iterate and update training materials.
3. Develop, iterate and update online training courses.
4. Implement training: Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) training for courses collaboratively developed, and participate in TTT transfer training and pass the assessment for courses not collaboratively developed.
5. Ensure training quality: Organize trainees to submit CSI and other feedback information after the training, and conduct graduation evaluation exams, with the exam scores retained. Regularly improve training materials based on customer feedback and market research results to ensure the novelty of the content and keep up with current knowledge points.
6. Develop, iterate and update certification for courses, formulate assessment projects, assessment methods, and evaluation criteria for assessment results.
7. Provide support for other related tasks, such as supporting customer seminars or market activities organized by colleagues in BD, academic affairs, and related areas.
8. Work with partnership to introduce training content
9. Management of service product intellectual property (IP), including but not limited to patent or copyright application and management.Qualifications1. Experience in after market services or training business
2. Bachelor's degree or above in automotive/transportation or related majors
3. Experience in content development
4. Advanced training skills, capable of conducting TTT (Train the Trainer) training.
5. product management experience is preferred
6. English communication skill
7. Good team player
8. Low-voltage electrician certificate, senior technician or automotive maintenance engineer qualification is preferredWorking Location: Shanghai or BeijingTravel Frequency: National travel with reasonable frequecy
