· Hold accountable for leading a variety of marketing initiatives that drives incubation skin care & hair care brand awareness, as well as to enhance these new and trendy brands desirability.· Manage incubation skincare & hair care brands, and work with internal and external partners to ensure effective marketing communications.· Provide marketing guidance and support for brands’ projects, e.g. new product launch.· Support line manager to plan and execute MKT calendar to drive brand’ sales and share growth.· Coordinate communications across brands, internal and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and efficient execution of all marketing initiatives.· Other assignments on demand.Qualifications:· You hold a bachelor degree in marketing, business or related field.· You have 4-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably from beauty industry.· You have excellent communications skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.· You think outside the box & are willing to implement new and exciting ideas.· You are comfortable with multi-tasking in a deadline driven environment.· You are passionate in beauty, and are on top of what’s hot, new, and trending in China and overseas market.· You are equipped with good command of spoken and written English.
