- Work with (Senior)Brand Manager to drive a strategic category of assigned CG/portfolio/franchises for LEGO China with product passion and experience (directly related to toys not vital), consumer and shopper centric mindset, integrated go-to-market approach (digital, content, EC and retail driven)
- Have capability to lead assigned GTM projects and campaigns from planning to execution
- Orchestrate multi-touch point content planning. Work cross-functionally with key partners to gear the owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities enabled by content towards sales and brand impact
- Closely work with global to understand the global strategy, positioning and adapt to China with high relevance
- Collaborate with both internal function teams (eg: Media, social/digital, PR, retail marketing, etc) and external agency to drive brand building and commercial delivery in assigned projects
- Bachelor’s degree at least
- 3+ years of brand marketing and brand management experience
- Solid marketing framework, business analytic skill and project management skill
- Passionate teammate, resilient, proactive, agile
- Proficient in both Chinese and English
