  • Develop and manage end-to-end release plans with clear timelines, ownership, risk mitigation strategies, and global stakeholder coordination.
  • Lead testing and validation processes, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and cross-device functionality checks, to ensure launch readiness and optimal user experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with IT, ecommerce PMs, UXUI teams, web production, and regional teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
  • Oversee ecommerce-related operational systems, ensuring they meet business and user requirements through systematic testing and stakeholder validation.
  • Partner with IT and UXUI teams to identify and implement performance and experience improvements across ecommerce platforms and tools.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations, release management, or digital product deployment, with a solid understanding of testing and validation processes.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across global teams.
  • Proficient in English, capable of clear and professional communication in both written and verbal formats.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, including participation in early morning or late evening meetings when required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, international environment.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, UXUI principles, and web production processes is a plus.
