- Engage in strategic commercial negotiations with multiple service providers.
- Design and implement effective logistics solutions tailored to the unique requirements of global markets.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of new logistics solutions to assess competitiveness and SLA (Service Level Agreement) commitments.
- Compare solutions with market benchmarks, including price competitiveness and door-to-door shipping lead time.
- Lead the development and successful launch of new competitive logistics solutions in global markets.
- Develop and roll out Express services in collaboration with couriers and Standard services with end-to-end fully tracked solutions.
- Ensure all SOPs are comprehensive, user-friendly, and aligned with eBay's operational standards.
- Monitor the performance of each logistics and shipping service using data-driven insights.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, such as INR (Items Not Received), EDD (Estimated Delivery Date), and ADD (Actual Delivery Date) performance metrics.
- Implement alternative solutions to address performance gaps and ensure continuous service enhancement.
- Engage in clear, proactive, and effective communication with internal cross-functional teams and external users.
- Address any operational concerns promptly to maintain high service levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics solutions design, vendor negotiations, and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in benchmarking and market assessments.
- Exceptional project management abilities and ability to lead cross-functional collaborations.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on practical implementation.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
