- Enhance Business Growth: Collaborate with regional sales managers to complete the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Lead strategic business development initiatives to grow our pipeline, monitor project achievements, and ensure on-track implementation.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct joint customer visits to uncover key application needs, decision-making criteria, and competitive dynamics. Recommend tailored Thermo Fisher and third-party solutions that address customer requirements.
- Accelerate Product Adoption: Support local commercialization of new products by facilitating beta tests, gathering voice-of-customer feedback, and identifying adjacent market opportunities.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate across sales, marketing, applications, and R&D teams to address customer challenges and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Capture and deliver market insights to global teams, reflecting China’s needs in product strategy.
- Master’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field; Ph.D. or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong technical background in TEM and associated technologies
- Effective collaborator within cross-functional teams who is proactive and works well with others
- Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape in China
- Coordinated, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency and accountability
- Willingness to travel up to 50%+ across China
