- Independently develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase product awareness, drive online traffic, and generate conversion.
- Develop demand generation strategies to drive franchise & ever green product demand.
- Develop conversion strategies to drive franchise & ever green product sell out.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including display media, social media, search engine and other consumer touch points.
- Analyze data and insights from digital marketing campaigns to identify trends, evaluate performance, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into our strategies.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and customer segments, and develop targeted marketing campaigns based on insights.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts using various analytics tools and platforms, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Support Social functional lead of social related workstream.
- Support Social functional lead operating brand's social media calendar to grow social equity over time.
- Prerequisite experience in the field of Digital Marketing, EC marketing, Communications.
- 4+ years of experience in relevant function proven successful track record serving lifestyle/FMCG brand. Prefer brand in-house experience.
- Hands-on experience with brand communications in either an agency or in-house
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns with strong sells result
- Highly sensitive with data to spot new opportunity when working with data pool.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Chinese, be presentable under pressure in front leadership team.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work with cross functional team to jointly drive results.
