- Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules and standards.
- Get a daily briefing about extra ordinary events to effectively deal with all foreseen situations on a daily basis.
- Know how to follow hospitality guidelines.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the front desk and back office area at all times. Utilize spare time for cleaning.
- Be flexible in regarding to work schedule. Have a solid understanding of hotel operations. Assist fellow associates when necessary to get all jobs done on time.
- Report any unusual occurrence or requests to supervisor/manager immediately.
- At all times strive to represent Hilton in the most professional manner.
- Be familiar with AM, PM check list to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Each associate is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
- Be aware of the hotel VIP / repeat guest / long-staying guest / high value guest and pay special attention to make the guest have a memorable stay.
- Fill up the daily working routine notes.
批RC,根据RC上给予的信息更改PSB系统中旅客的相关信息,并复印保存。
- Verify and send up the temporary message, if guest is found to be from country or area consider sensitive, print out the guest PSB information and send to the security department. Base on the information provided in the RC, change the PSB system, print out for record.
- Double check yesterday's guest information, ensure it's accuracy.
- Print out and arrange the registration form of temporary residence.
- Arrange local and foreign guest information who check-in the day before,(ensure guest room number without mistake),renew local guest departure record.
- According to the guest leaving hotel details in the OnQ system, execute the guest leaving procedure in the PSB system.
- Follow-up visitors record.
- According to current stay guest data in the OnQ system, do the 'In House' guest record check (Ensure the current stay guest have the information in PSB, otherwise leave trace and inform the front desk to rescan the guest document. And record in the log book, for future verification).
- The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system, including Hilton property management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
