Responsible for launching and expanding client's presence in China by developing market-entry strategies, building customer and partner networks, and driving initial revenue growth. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration to establish brand in a high-growth industrial market.
  • Develop and execute market-entry strategies for China, identifying key industries, accounts, and competitive players
  • Build and lead a network of local sales representatives and channel partners to drive market coverage and revenue growth.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and technical validation to proposal negotiation and contract closure.
  • Serve as the commercial and technical in the region, representing the company at industry events and with customers.
  • Collaborate with global teams, report regularly to leadership, and ensure seamless handover of projects to operations for successful execution.
