- Develop the marketing and communication strategy, including the annual media and communication plan.
- Manage the A&P budget, track expenses, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to support all marketing activities, including advertising, digital campaigns, press activities, brand events and visual merchandising
- Manage vendors to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines
- Establish and execute annual media plan according to global media direction and local needs
- Cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, celebrities to maximize brand exposure
- Develop PR strategy together with the appointed PR agency to generate positive coverage for the brand, preparing the Shanghai and Beijing boutique openings
- Develop digital campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract customers to the boutiques.
- Drive social media strategy maximize China digital performance, and launch the official WeChat account, Baidu search engine optimization, RED (Xiaohongshu), etc.
- Plan and execute high-impact press and customer events that deliver ROI, focusing on the grand openings in Shanghai and Beijing.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to build the database and nurture lasting customer relationships contributing to increased customer lifetime value.
- Analyze consumer behavior and feedback to contribute to a product strategy targeted towards the mainland China customer
- Implement global visual merchandising concepts and support with marketing operations
- University degree, Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on the luxury industry
- Experience of successfully building brands in the mainland China market
- Deep understanding of the Chinese (digital-) media landscape and consumer behavior
- Strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry partners
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, positive and solution-oriented
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essen
