- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to partner with local clients and region partners.
- Experience in advertising, ads business generation, publishing, online services, or ad business.
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Ability to engage and communicate with publishers and organizations.
- Ability to work in a changing industry, and manage an evolving product set and client needs.
- Excellent thinking and data analysis skills.
- Develop important new business partnerships with app developers and content publishers and help grow their businesses via use of products.
- Develop a new business pipeline via 1:1 pitches and engagement that grows our app/web partnerships and pushes our business to new and verticals.
- Identify business and product opportunities via data-driven analysis to expand platform and business growth.
- Recognize market needs to provide feedback to strategies and product roadmap.
