Reporting to the Manager, this full time position is based in Shanghai.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a coordinator to Chinese Clients expanding globally and provide high-level consultation in finance related areas.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact and work cross-functionally with various team members globally to ensure clients' request is fully supported.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance and solutions on client's request quickly and efficiently.
  • Facilitate discussions, internal and external, and drive the global engagement.
  • Constructively maintain an ongoing engagement with clients and prospects.。
  • Process monthly full services including accounting, payment and tax compliance for the group strategy client.
  • Collaborate with auditors for annual audits independently .
  • Keep daily cooperation and communication with client's local staff, headoffice, vendors, authorities and 3rd parties.
Key requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience.
  • Proficient in SAP for month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel).
  • Strong written and spoken English (business proficiency).
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet pre-determined and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with the stakeholders.
