- Act as a coordinator to Chinese Clients expanding globally and provide high-level consultation in finance related areas.
- Serve as a primary point of contact and work cross-functionally with various team members globally to ensure clients' request is fully supported.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to provide guidance and solutions on client's request quickly and efficiently.
- Facilitate discussions, internal and external, and drive the global engagement.
- Constructively maintain an ongoing engagement with clients and prospects.。
- Process monthly full services including accounting, payment and tax compliance for the group strategy client.
- Collaborate with auditors for annual audits independently .
- Keep daily cooperation and communication with client's local staff, headoffice, vendors, authorities and 3rd parties.
- Minimum 5 years of solid accounting experience.
- Proficient in SAP for month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Word & Excel).
- Strong written and spoken English (business proficiency).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with excellent collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet pre-determined and tight deadlines.
- Ability to establish and maintain constructive working relationships with the stakeholders.
