Mass Market Sales Engineer – Automotive

Responsibilities:
  • Drive demand generation within TMMA accounts (targeted mass market customers) for automotive solutions.
  • Manage accounts and maintain relationships in collaboration with distribution partners.
  • Lead POS (Point of Sales) and DWIN (Digital Win) initiatives to boost sales performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of vertical automotive applications (Body, Electrification, Motor Control, Safety, Connectivity, ADAS) and work closely with distribution partners to replicate success stories across the mass market, expanding market share.
Requirements:
  • MS degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ambition and attitude to achieve challenging business targets.
  • A high commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
