Designing or implementing business development and Go-to-market strategies, tactics and measures, for assigned markets.
Systematically collecting, analyzing and evaluating information and data about a target customers and their potentials.
Preparing customer relations, investigating and defining the business potential of prospective or existing customer.
Utilizing the VISHAY Design Database to present the technical features, options for application and integration of products.
Sampling, analyzing, calculating and completing technical aspects of proposals; providing respective quotes.
Executing calculations and simulations, and analyzing customer's technical set-up for integration purposes.
Adding value across the whole sales process to sales and customers with technical expertise and services.A job at this level:
Identifies and approaches stakeholder (both internal and external), and provides in-depth consultancy about cooperation.
Analyzes requests, elaborate and align customized options for related projects, investments or products.
Designs the concepts for identified business cases for cooperation with related stakeholders.
Designs and implement specific guidelines or standards, and align them with all stakeholders involved.
Coordinates resources and services needed, manages activities, evaluates milestones and accepts deliveries.
Ensures adherence to budgets and achievement of targets as agreed.Job Requirement:1. Bachelor or above of EE2. 5 years Power design experience for Automotive application3. 5 years Power products FAE support experience for Automotive customer4. Familiar with OBC, DCDC, Inverter, ADAS and other automotive application5. Familiar with topology Buck, Boost, Flyback, LLC, etc.. Good components knowledge both power semiconductors and passive.6. Speak, read, write fluent in English and Mandarin
