- Lead a roster of key accounts, operating as a primary owner to drive clients' growth.
- Become an expert on The Trade Desk platform, serving as a strategic consultant to help clients leverage platform capabilities, apply best practices, and translate market insights into winning media strategies and proposals that drive their business goals.
- Collaborate effectively with the Sales & Trading functions to develop existing accounts or onboard new customers.
- Contribute to building and standardizing the Client Services playbook by creating training materials, best practices, sales enablement content, and customer-facing guides that accelerate planning and executional excellence.
- Empower agency partners to scale their business through continuous training, workshops, and strategic consultation.
- Bachelor's Degree or above.
- At least 5 years of online advertising experience required, 3+ years of client-facing experience, with proven track record of growing accounts by forging a strong relationship with clients.
- Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to influence decision-makers.
- Hands-on expertise in programmatic advertising (DSP, SSP, DMP, MMP, Martech, etc.) or experience in brand/performance marketing in an agency or DTC company is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office, data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
