Online Business Controlling Manager

Be responsible for financial controlling for online business unit. Detailed daily works incl:
Financial Analysis
Manage Channel/Customer P&L, and conduct related reporting and analysis of key performance and cost drivers
Work with commercial team to coordinate and consolidate the annual budget, monthly rolling forecast and strategic plan
Closely monitor business trend and improvement area with proper advice and action proposals
Identify business risk and opportunities. Prepare quantitative analysis to facilitate management decision
Build financial model to evaluate investment efficiency and support new channel business initiatives,
Facilitate strategic projects from Finance perspective, e.g. GTM, RGM
Other ad hoc project assignedOperational Controlling
Monitor Trading Term & Condition (TTC) forecasting, tracking and reimbursement verification
Review contract/PO and pro-actively communicate with commercial team to monitor actual spending
Conduct MSO & MSE reporting (Monthly Sales Outlook/Estimation)
Prepare financial forecast and secure safe month-end closing
Closely work with Accounting and IT teams to drive effective internal control and efficient finance related processes.Your ProfileQualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related or above
- 6 - 8 yeas relevant working experience in Finance Controlling
- High level of motivation and willingness to work cross-functional
- Working under pressure and detailed driven
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with equally strong teamwork
