Learn how you can start or jumpstart your career with us.This Scientist mainly engage in formulation and process development, material characterization studies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and performance validation, primarily focusing on thermal interface materials but also including related products across the entire department.Job Descriptions:Plan, schedule, and execute scientific investigations to drive the development of innovative new products and enhance existing offerings.Design of Experiment (DOE), and performance evaluation, primarily focusing on thermal conductive interface materials, but also including related products across the entire department.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing engineering, application engineer, quality, commercial, sourcing, and supply chain, to develop, enhance, and commercialize new products and differentiated solutions.Execute activities such as prototyping, laboratory work, technical service, troubleshooting, and hands-on tasks to support project initiatives.Lead projects and deliver project results on schedule, ensuring both quality and feasibility in alignment with business needs.Introduce new technologies to create competitive advantage and identify improvement opportunities for business growth.Actively engages in multi-disciplinary product development teams, with the potential to lead a team.
