- Place bookings with the suppliers according to system requirements.
- Daily coordination with overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely delivery according to PO requirements.
- Date input into system for shipment details.
- Coordinate with overseas for exceptional case handling.
- Check billings for all jobs arranged.
- Familiar with vender management, especially in retailer shipping biz is preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Office and English skills in both written and oral.
- Very good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic, and detail-oriented.
- Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives
- Strong self-learning skills
