Responsible for managing fixed suppliers including but not limited to collect all submitted data and tracking delivering date.The person will take following responsibilities:

Place bookings with the suppliers according to system requirements.
Daily coordination with overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely delivery according to PO requirements.
Date input into system for shipment details.
Coordinate with overseas for exceptional case handling.
Check billings for all jobs arranged.

Familiar with vender management, especially in retailer shipping biz is preferred.
Good command of Microsoft Office and English skills in both written and oral.
Very good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic, and detail-oriented.
Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives
Strong self-learning skills
