Responsible for managing fixed suppliers including but not limited to collect all submitted data and tracking delivering date.The person will take following responsibilities:
  • Place bookings with the suppliers according to system requirements.
  • Daily coordination with overseas and local suppliers to ensure timely delivery according to PO requirements.
  • Date input into system for shipment details.
  • Coordinate with overseas for exceptional case handling.
  • Check billings for all jobs arranged.
Downtown working location|Genuine opportunity to convert FTE with good performance
  • Familiar with vender management, especially in retailer shipping biz is preferred.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office and English skills in both written and oral.
  • Very good coordination skills, sense of urgency, logic, and detail-oriented.
  • Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives
  • Strong self-learning skills
