As a Merchandising Manager for our sportswear team,develop product planning and build product strength.Collaborate with the BD team in the United States to provide services with customer and user mindset.Develop product planning and build product strength.Collaborate with the BD team in the United States to provide services with customer and user mindset.Collaborate with the production and procurement department to improve supply chain efficiency.Proactively understand customers and their competitors, including segmented market conditions.Building a proactive teamProduct Development: Collaborate with design and development teams to create innovative sportswear products that align with market trends and customer preferences.Sourcing: Identify reliable suppliers and manufacturers, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.Procurement: Manage the procurement process, including placing purchase orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues related to product delivery or quality.Inventory Management: Implement effective inventory control systems, monitor stock levels, and optimize inventory turnover to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and optimize product assortment.Pricing and Margins: Set competitive pricing strategies while maximizing profit margins, considering market dynamics and customer expectations.Vendor Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and continuously evaluate and develop the supplier base to ensure high-quality products and competitive pricing.Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth execution of merchandising strategies and campaigns.Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of merchandising professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to drive their growth and achieve departmental goals.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, ethical sourcing practices, and quality control standards.Trading business with both Fabric and ready to wear in sportswear area. |Business with both online and offline to retail clients and sports related eventBachelor's degree in business administration, merchandising, or a related field.More than 5 years of experience in sports brand planningAs a sports enthusiastProven experience as a Merchandising Manager or similar role, preferably in the sportswear industry.In-depth knowledge of sportswear trends, market dynamics, and supply chain management.Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.Ability to analyze data, interpret market trends, and make informed decisions.Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Leadership capabilities to motivate and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.Proficiency in using merchandising software and MS Office applications.Familiarity with compliance requirements, ethical sourcing, and quality control in the sportswear industry.Trading business with both Fabric and ready to wear in sportswear area.Business with both online and offline to retail clients and sports related eventsJoin our team and become an integral part of our sportswear trading office as a Merchandising Manager.
