Non-APM legal entity invoice processing and AP month end closing activities;
Daily non-APM invoice processing 1st level support for user department and internal partners.
Prepare monthly reporting of account payable activities.
Monitor A2A EIntrace IDOCs and conduct monthly intercompany reconciliation in time.
Support quality control including KPI monitoring.
Coordinate OSP overall audit and YEC/IFS closing activities.
Support data/report preparation for analysis.
Topic owner of A2A related processes like non-trade and create value-added service for RGB.
Digital key user support for team transformation.
Other ad hoc project support.

Qualifications

Educational background in accounting.
2-5 years accounting related working experience.
Strictly follow China invoice regulation and internal standard process.
Familiar with financial system and Microsoft (SAP, MS Office, Excel), Power BI, Python, SQL, VBA… digital skills is preferred.
Project experience is a plus.
Good oral and written English skills.
