Education
1、Minimum bachelor degree in Logistics Management, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or equivalentExperience
1、2-3 years working experiences in fields of supply planning, international order processing and/or logistics manage-ment
2、Experienced SAP user in both MM and WM mode
3、Experienced in international air freight operations
4、Working experience in medical industry is preferred
5、Experienced in logistics knowledge of BLP & FTZ is preferredOther skills
1、Fluent English & Chinese both written and spoken
2、Good command of MS office
3、Result-oriented & able to work under pressure
4、Good communication and interpersonal skills with team spiritJob Description
Main Tasks
1、Partner:
-Contribute & improve satisfactions of internal partners, and performance of logistics service providers:
-Understand and communicate plant/supplier’s capacity, lead-time and operational plans to ensure proper inventory is maintained
-Collaborate with sales demand planning to understand the impact of forecast changes and translate sup-ply plan into inventory need
-Work daily with sales demand planning team, and fulfill weekly supply plan for order processing
-Inventory management, make and regularly update safety stock plan
-SAP transactions (e.g. GR, GI, Goods Transfer, Billing, etc.), credit issue, return (if needed), etc.
-Follow up delivery schedule, identify potential issues and alert BU, work out qucik and effective solution together.2、Productivity:
-Continuously improve quality, shorten/stabilize lead-time, & reduce cost
-Deliver process-improvement quick-win’s, and contribute BIIB's (business idea in brief, i.e. validated quick-win opportunity)3、People:
