Planner Buyer

- Production related materials (raw materials, packaging, chemicals, tools, spare parts, etc) planning and purchasing, keep track and trace the materials shortage to ensure the on-time delivery.
- Execute the ordering process, convert the PR to PO in SAP, generate the PO and modify PO in case of exceptions, send the PO to suppliers with necessary PLM documents or QMS requirements.
- Inventory control according to Company Target, follow up and handle the obsolete and expired materials working together with QA, Procurement and suppliers.
- Supplier performance tracking and escalation if necessary.
- Abide by and be responsible for performing all duties in accordance with all environmental, health and safety regulations and practices pertinent to this position.
- Other duties as may be assigned by line manager.
- Experience: 4-5years experience in planner buyer role in Medical Devices manufacture environment is preferred.
- 4-5年医疗器械制造行业物料计划采购经验。
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- 本科学历。
- Fluent English in oral & written.
- 具备书写和可沟通的口语英语能力。
- Familiar with SAP MM module and MS-Office.
- 可熟练应用SAP MM 模块和MS-Office。
- Hands-on, communicative, well demonstrated as a quick learner and team player.
- 积极主动，善于沟通，具有快速学习能力和团队合作精神。
